YZSMC11.1 The Mine Drilling Depth and Anchor Bolt Length Detector adopts the acoustic wave reflection method to detect the borehole depth and length of anchor bolts and cables. During borehole depth detection, the sensor is fixed on the end of the drill pipe through the special drill pipe fixture, and the vibration acoustic signal is generated by knocking the end of the drill pipe with a nylon hammer or a copper hammer. The sensor converts the vibration acoustic signal into electrical signal and starts the instrument for signal reception. The instrument determines the borehole depth by the time interval between the excitation signal and the reflected echo signal and the propagation speed of the acoustic wave in the drill pipe. The ultimate anchorage force is calculated according to the measured anchorage length.
