The analysis software can display, edit and print the test results, and output image diagrams and result charts.Automatically determine the hole wall position, and the output results include color (or gray) image, x-x 'and Y-Y' deviation curves.

It can adapt to the detection of dry hole mud hole and semi dry and semi mud hole


The minimum detection distance of the probe is 200mm and the maximum detection distance is 4000mm.
Corresponding aperture detection range Φ400mm~Φ8000mm.
The maximum mud specific gravity can reach1.4g/cm3.

Technical feature 

  • The power supply system achieves both AC and DC power supply, with strong adaptability: the whole system can supply power by either AC 220V power supply or self-supplied DC power supply, which eliminates external power supply, being convenient and easy to use;
  • The whole system is digitalized: the whole test process and the probe lifting system can be automatically controlled by software, and the measured data and test results can be digitally displayed, stored and printed out;
  • On-site direct printout: the control box with printing function is used to realize printout while measuring, being intuitive and real;
  • The host system is stable and reliable: the host system is a low-power embedded system, and the software system is based on Linux, and the system is stable and reliable;
  • The probe lifting system has good stability: the probes are suspended independently by two load-bearing steel wire ropes and work synchronously to ensure that the probes run smoothly, and do not rotate and interfere with each other. The upper stopper ensures that the steel wire ropes are lifted to the top without breaking, and the lower stopper ensures that the probes are lowered to the bottom of the hole without winding;
  • The ultrasonic probe has small blind area and high power, the signals of four channels are set independently, and the adaptability is strong: the minimum detection distance of the probe is 200mm, and the maximum detection distance is 4000mm; the corresponding hole diameter detection range: dry hole: Φ 600-4500mm, wet hole: Φ400-8000mm; the maximum specific gravity of mud is up to 1.4g/cm3, so it is suitable for detection of almost all engineering holes and trenches;
  • The system has a self-calibration function: automatically calibrate the sound velocity of the test system according to the orifice aperture or the trench width, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results;
  • The analysis software has powerful functions and rich output results: the host computer analysis software can display, edit and print out the image maps and result charts for the test results, and can automatically determine the position of the hole wall. The output results include color (or gray scale) image map, X-X' and Y-Y' deflection curve, aperture curve and sediment curve, three-dimensional histogram, ranging, aperture and perpendicularity table for each depth measuring point of the whole hole, etc;
  • All functions of the probe are perfectly integrated: the multifunctional probe perfectly integrates the functions of ultrasonic aperture perpendicularity detection transducer and sediment thickness detection device. The detection of all parameters is completed in one test, and the detection of aperture, hole deflection and sediment thickness is realized simultaneously;
  • Dual parameter control of sediment detection ensures accurate and reliable results: the probe is built with a tilt sensor and a pressure sensor, the ti, the pressure sensor controls the stress of the probe, and the dual parameters jointly determine the sediment thickness to improve the accuracy.
