Field measurement of ultrasonic hole forming detector for China Malaysia friendship bridge project in Maldives
The China Malaysia friendship bridge, namely the mal é airport sea crossing bridge in the Maldives, is a large-scale engineering project assisted by China in the construction of the Maldives established by the heads of state of China and Malaysia on September 15, 2014, marking the establishment of comprehensive friendly and cooperative relations for the future between the two countries. The bridge is located in the North Male Atoll of Maldives, crosses the gaadhoo koa Strait, and connects the three adjacent islands of male Island, airport island (Hu hu'er Island) and Hulu male island on the atoll. It is the most important island connecting line project in Maldives. The project starts from the southeast corner of male island and connects with the planned boduthakurufaanumagu road. Then, a bridge is set to cross the gaadhoo koa Strait and land at the south section of the airport island. The bridge connection is connected with the planned hulhumale road of the airport island.
The total length of the project route is about 2km, including the bridge length of 1.39km. The superstructure of the main bridge adopts reinforced concrete V pier + unequal span composite beam continuous rigid frame structure, and the hole span is arranged as 100 + 180 × 2 + 140 + 100 + 60m, 760m long; The superstructure of the approach bridge adopts 30m I beam, and the hole span of the approach bridge on the side of male island is arranged as follows: 4 × 30+4 × 30+5 × 30+5 × 30m, 540M long, one-in-one and three-in-one are adopted at the airport island side × 30m layout, 90m long.
Wuhan Tianchen provided a ts-k150 automatic ultrasonic hole forming and grooving quality detector and related technical services for the project management department of China Malaysia friendship bridge of CCCC second navigation bureau in March 2016. With good after-sales service and product quality, the project Department of CCCC second navigation bureau added another ultrasonic hole forming detector in December 2016.
