  The Sino-Russian Heihe-Blagoveshchensk Heilongjiang (Amur River) Highway Bridge Project has been adjusted by the National Development and Reform Commission to the Heihe-Blagoveshchensk Heilongjiang (Amur River) Highway Bridge Feasibility Study Report (Development and Reform) Basic [2016] No. 1872) document approved, the project owner is Heilongjiang Province Heilongjiang Bridge Development and Construction Co., Ltd., and the construction funds (the Chinese side) are subsidized by the Ministry of Transport and self-raised by Heilongjiang Province.
 
  The Heihe-Blagoveshchensk (Russia) Heilongjiang Highway Bridge Project is an important window for the opening of Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning to the north. It is an important part of my country's Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. It is an important measure to promote economic and trade exchanges between China and Russia and revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China.
 
  The project starts from Jilin to Heihe National Expressway (Heihe exit section) at K2+240, crosses Heilongjiang (Amur River) via Changfatun (about 7 kilometers south of Heihe City), and ends at Kaniko, Prague, Russia The Buha Highway in the north of Ergan Village has a total length of 1283m. The main bridge adopts (84.75+84+5x147+84+84.75)m low tower cable-stayed bridge, and the Chinese side approach bridge is 3×66.5m steel composite beam. The bridge is designed according to the highway-I level, and the width of the main bridge and the approach bridge are both 18.26m. The main pier and transition pier of the bridge all adopt the same form of integral foundation. Each pier is provided with 21 pile foundations. The diameter of the pile foundation is 1.5m. head. The plane size of the cap is 17.2m (across the bridge) × 6.3m (across the bridge), and the thickness of the cap is 2.5m.
 
  This pile test project was won by Longjian Road and Bridge in Heilongjiang Province. Technically, there is a bottom-expanding pile project that is rare in China. The construction environment is harsh and the temperature is as low as minus 15 degrees Celsius.
